Matheu Nunn To Moderate Panel Of Distinguished Supreme Court & Appellate Professionals For Legal Seminar

Denville, NJ — Matheu D. Nunn, Esq., an attorney with Einhorn Barbarito who practices in both their Matrimonial law and Criminal law departments, will moderate a panel discussion on New Jersey Appellate Practice.

The seminar is being hosted by the Morris County Bar Association and is designed for attorneys who try cases and/or who prepare and argue appeals.   The panel is comprised of New Jersey Supreme Court Justice, The Honorable Anne M. Paterson; current Appellate Judges, The Honorable Francine I. Alexrad, P.J.A.D., and The Honorable Jack M. Sabatino, J.A.D. as well as retired appellate Judge, The Honorable Edwin H. Stern, P.J.A.D. (ret.); and notable New Jersey appellate lawyer, Bruce D. Greenberg, Esq. The seminar will focus on the following subjects:

  1. How to create and maintain the trial record for appeal;
  2. Knowing when and what to appeal;
  3. CASP settlement conferences;
  4. Plenary submissions (the briefs);
  5. Oral argument in appellate courts;
  6. Post-opinion issues; and
  7. Appeals to the Supreme Court.
