The firm will bring together more than 60 attorneys across Morris County and Bergen County offices, offering clients an expanded range of legal services in family law, arbitration, commercial litigation, transactional work, and land use matters.

“This expansion represents a natural next step for both firms and, most importantly, for the clients we serve,” said Matheu D. “The addition of the Aronsohn, Weiner, Salerno & Kaufman team strengthens our firm’s capacity to serve clients across a wider range of complex legal matters,” said Gary R. Botwinick, Co-Managing Partner and Co-Chair of the firm’s Taxation, Trusts & Estates Practices. “Their established reputation in the legal community complements our multi-disciplinary approach and furthers our mission to grow strategically while delivering excellent client service.”

Aronsohn, Weiner, Salerno & Kaufman, P.C., founded nearly 50 years ago, has built a strong reputation throughout the state as a quality law firm able to handle the most complex legal matters. The firm’s attorneys and staff will remain in their current Bergen County offices.

“We are thrilled to join forces with Einhorn Barbarito,” said Richard H. Weiner, Managing Partner of Aronsohn Weiner Salerno & Kaufman, P.C. “Our shared commitment to providing unparalleled service and zealous representation, particularly in complex matrimonial and family law matters, and civil litigation makes this a natural fit. Together, we will be able to offer our clients even greater resources and depth of experience, and we look forward to what we can accomplish as one firm.”

“Joining Einhorn Barbarito is an exciting opportunity for our attorneys and our clients,” said Gerald R. Salerno of Aronsohn, Weiner, Salerno & Kaufman, P.C. “The breadth of talent and resources will allow us to continue delivering the high-caliber representation our clients deserve while expanding the scope of what we can achieve together.”

The expansion will allow the combined firm to offer clients enhanced, greater geographic reach, and additional support staff and resources. All existing clients of both firms will continue to receive uninterrupted legal services throughout the transition.
