April 7, 2020 | Results may vary depending on your particular facts and legal circumstances.Today, we celebrate Patricia M. Barbarito’s 40th anniversary with Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost & Botwinick, PC. Pat began her career here as a law student in 1980 and grew with the firm, personally and professionally, to where she is today as Co-Managing Partner. Pat’s leadership has been steady and inspirational through many changes and challenges over the years, including Hurricane Sandy, 9/11 and now COVID-19. Through it all, Pat has been and continues to be an amazing leader, navigating the firm, our clients, and our communities through any storm that comes our way. We appreciate Pat’s passion and dedication and congratulate her on this remarkable anniversary.
“From the time I joined the firm as a young lawyer almost 22 years ago, Pat’s leadership style and remarkable legal skills impressed me. It became clear to me in a very short time that Pat was a superstar, the likes of which you rarely see. If you can imagine playing on a team with Michael Jordan, that is what I have experienced. Beyond her skills as a leader and a lawyer, she has been a great mentor to me in my role as a co-managing partner with her. She is generous with praise, yet firm in her opinion of what is best for the firm. She is a loyal friend, and a wonderful example of what you can achieve through kindness and dedication to your partners, friends, family and clients.” – Gary R. Botwinick
“I have seen Pat grow from a young lawyer trying domestic violence cases day in and day out to an experienced leader of our firm who still represents clients in court. I have seen her leadership skills grow exponentially over the years in her ability to handle complex issues whether they be financial, legal or in terms of personnel. The firm is extraordinarily fortunate to have Pat leading it at this time. She has vision, is willing to try new things for the firm’s future growth but balances her visions with an awareness of fiscal restraints in order to keep the firm on a strong financial footing. Thank you for being willing to take on this task and for being our leader.” – Bonnie C. Frost
“Two score ago you joined the firm and you helped us achieve what seemed impossible with your contributions that continue to inspire us. You have been an essential part of our firm’s journey and success, but your journey is still being written. With my best compliments on your 40-year anniversary, I would like to personally congratulate you for achieving this amazing professional milestone and I look forward to more amazing years of work together.” – Christopher L. Musmanno
