Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost & Botwinick, PC, is pleased to announce that Tiffany L. Prior to joining the firm, Heineman had a solo practice in Byram Township, New Jersey, in Sussex County, along with Allen and Simonelli.

“We are pleased to welcome Tiffany, Adrianna, and Cat to the firm and look forward to working together on commercial litigation matters. Tiffany’s experience with businesses across the state is impressive, whether she is counseling business startups or advising established companies on contract negotiations or disputes,” said Gary S. Botwinick, Co-Managing Partner and Chair of the firm’s Wills, Trusts & Estates and Taxation practice groups. “Her approach to client service aligns well with our own in helping clients ‘every step of the way.’ She previously worked with Adrianna and Cat in her solo practice, and we welcome them all to our team here.”

“Our team is thrilled to join Einhorn Barbarito, which has a strong reputation for excellence throughout the state of New Jersey and shares our mission and community values,” noted Heineman. “I designed my practice in Sussex County with a commitment to businesses in our communities and built it on the foundation of conscientious and cost-effective legal service tailored to each client’s needs and goals. It is rewarding to join a firm like Einhorn that has curated a dynamic team dedicated to responsive representation across a full suite of legal services, and we are honored to be a part of the Einhorn team.”

She also works on commercial and residential real estate matters, advancing her clients’ interests in negotiations, drafting and reviewing purchase and lease agreements, and helping resolve landlord and tenant disputes. Heineman’s practice has also focused significantly on personal injury litigation, having successfully represented numerous severely injured clients at trial.
