Christopher L. Musmanno Secures $295,000 Settlement for Woman Who Required Intensive Care After Route 287 Collision

Christopher L. Musmanno, Chair of the Accidents/Personal Injury practice and a Certified Civil Trial Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey, obtained a $295,000 settlement on behalf of a 33-year-old woman who sustained injuries in a rear-end collision on Route 287.

According to the claims in the case, the plaintiff’s vehicle was struck from behind, causing injuries to her shoulder, neck and chest. Her injuries required admission to the intensive care unit, where she remained for five days.

“Our client’s injuries required five days of intensive care,” said Musmanno. “The severity of those injuries and the level of medical care she needed were central to her claim.”

The matter settled for a total of $295,000.
