Christopher L. Musmanno Secures $1 Million Settlement for Man Seriously Injured in Left Turn Collision

The plaintiff sustained injuries to his sacroiliac joint, knees, left hip, neck, and lower back. He underwent surgery on his knee and later required sacroiliac joint surgery. His injuries forced him to walk with a cane, prevented him from returning to his previous line of work, and resulted in significant lost wages.
“People often associate the severity of an injury with whether it is visible,” said Musmanno. “In reality, some of the most significant losses occur when an injury permanently changes how someone earns a living, moves through the world, or plans for the future. Those long-term consequences deserve the same careful attention as the immediate medical treatment.”
The matter settled for $1 million.
