$900,000 Personal Injury Settlement Featured in New Jersey Law Journal

Christopher L. Musmanno, Chair of Einhorn Barbarito’s Accidents/Personal Injury Practice, is quoted in a New Jersey Law Journal article about the $900,000 settlement he reached for his client. The article, “$900K in Drunk-Driving Case,” outlines the injuries Musmanno’s client sustained in a high-speed, head-on collision with a drunk driver. The drunk driver was criminally charged in the matter with assault by auto, driving while intoxicated, and reckless driving. The lawsuit claimed that he had been drinking at a local tavern and was served alcohol despite his visible intoxication. Musmanno commented, “A team approach yielded a wonderful result for the client who is terribly injured because a bar decided to serve an intoxicated person and let them drive.”
