$850,000 Settlement Following Automobile Collision

Christopher L. Musmanno, personal injury attorney with Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost, Botwinick, Nunn & Musmanno, PC, reached a settlement in the case of a Plaintiff, age 57, who was stopped at a traffic light when struck in the rear at a high rate of speed on Route 78. As a result of the accident, the Plaintiff suffered injuries to his left knee, right shoulder and lower back. While he attempted conservative treatment and pain management to ameliorate his pain, the treatments failed, and he underwent a lower back surgery and two shoulder surgeries. The case settled for a total amount of $850,000.
