$825,000 Settlement Following Scaffolding Collapse

Christopher L. Musmanno, personal injury attorney with Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost & Botwinick, reached a settlement in the case of a Plaintiff, age 30, who was injured when the scaffolding he was working on collapsed. Plaintiff was not provided appropriate fall protection gear, causing him to fall eight to ten feet to the ground, breaking his knee and injuring his back. Plaintiff required two surgeries to heal from his injuries. The case was settled for a total amount of $825,000.
