Christopher L. Musmanno, a personal injury attorney with Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost, Botwinick, Nunn & Musmanno, PC, reached a settlement in the case of a Plaintiff, a 41-year old man, who in the course of his employment was making a delivery to a residence where he was attacked and assaulted by the homeowner’s two dogs. Plaintiff was bitten numerous times and fell to the ground, hitting his shoulders and knees repeatedly as he unsuccessfully attempted to escape the dogs’ attacks. As a result, Plaintiff sustained injuries to his shoulders, knees and left ankle, and his left shoulder and right knee injuries required surgical intervention. Plaintiff was unable to work and had a significant lost wage claim. The case settled for a total amount of $750,000.
