$500,000 Settlement Following Tractor Trailer Accident

Christopher L. Musmanno, personal injury attorney with Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost & Botwinick, reached a settlement in the case of a Plaintiff, age 68, who was injured when the tractor trailer he was operating struck another tractor trailer that had flipped over in the road. Plaintiff was traveling at a reduced speed in response to poor visibility due to weather, however, the flipped truck did not have any lights or flares to warn of its presence. Plaintiff’s truck was totaled in the accident and he sustained numerous injuries and required surgeries to his back and shoulder. The case was settled for a total amount of $500,000.
