A 39-year-old male Plaintiff was involved in a serious motor vehicle accident where the impact was so severe, the defendant’s truck rolled onto its side and Plaintiff’s vehicle spun several times. He was diagnosed with a herniated disc in his lower back, causing him extreme pain and a partial tear in his right shoulder.
