$450,000 Settlement Following Automobile Collision

Christopher L. Musmanno, a personal injury attorney with Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost, Botwinick, Nunn & Musmanno, PC, reached a settlement in the case of a Plaintiff, a 48-year old man, who was proceeding through a green traffic light in the right lane at an intersection when Defendant made a left-hand turn, directly in Plaintiff’s path, striking his vehicle. Plaintiff sustained neck, left knee and lower back injuries, and attempted conservative care and injection therapy, but his pain persisted, requiring surgery on his knee and neck. The case settled for a total amount of $450,000.
