$425,000 Settlement for Motor Vehicle Accident Involving Intoxicated Driver

Plaintiff, a 39 year old male at the time of this accident was struck by an intoxicated driver who attempted to make a left-hand turn in front of him. Plaintiff attempted to swerve to avoid the impact, but the vehicles collided.  As a result of this accident, Plaintiff sustained neck and lower back injuries which  resulted in a cervical fusion surgery and discectomy surgery in his lower back. Plaintiff remains at risk for future complications regarding his neck surgery which include, but are not limited to hardware/fusion failure possibly requiring a future revision surgery. The case settled for a total amount of $ 425,000.00.
