$425,000 Settlement Following Motor Vehicle Accident

Christopher L. Plaintiff suffered neck, back, sternum, and shoulder pain and ultimately required surgery after conservative treatment failed to heal her pain. The Plaintiff’s case was settled for a total amount of $425,000.
