$400,000 Total Settlement for Motor Vehicle Accident

Plaintiff, who was a 55 year old man at the time of the accident, was rear-ended. His vehicle sustained minor property damage, but Plaintiff sustained serious injuries to his neck and lower back. He underwent a three level discectomy and fusion procedure with the implementation of hardware in his neck. The defendants disputed that the cause of Plaintiff’s injuries.

However, prior to trial, the case settled for a total of $400,000.
