$300,000 Settlement Following Automobile Collision

Christopher L. Musmanno, personal injury attorney with Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost, Botwinick, Nunn & Musmanno, PC, reached a settlement in the case of a Plaintiff, age 46, who was fully stopped due to a red traffic signal when a vehicle struck him in the rear. He sustained an aggravation of pre-existing neck and back injuries, as well as injuries to his right knee, and ultimately required a two-level anterior cervical discectomy and fusion surgery at C4-5 and C5-6 with instrumentation. The case settled for a total amount of $300,000.
