$290,000 Settlement Following Trip and Fall

Christopher L. Musmanno and Christine M. McCarthy, personal injury attorneys with Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost & Botwinick, reached a settlement in the case of Plaintiff, age 75, who was injured when she tripped over an empty pallet at Home Depot. Plaintiff suffered left hip, left shoulder and neck pain. After conservative treatment failed to heal her pain, she required a left hip replacement. The case settled for a total amount of $290,000.
