$250,000 Total Settlement for Motor Vehicle Accident

Plaintiff, a 42 year old woman,  was traveling operating a motor vehicle across an intersection when another driver ran a stop sign controlling her direction of travel, entered the intersection, and struck Plaintiff’s vehicle at an excessive rate of speed without warning.  Plaintiff sustained severe injuries to her wrist, which necessitated surgical intervention and neck injuries. The right wrist was immobilized for about 5 weeks after the surgery.

The case settled on November 18, 2019, for a total amount of $250,000, prior to the scheduling of trial.
