$250,000 Settlement for Back Injuries Sustained from Rear-End Collision

Christopher L. Musmanno, a personal injury attorney with Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost, Botwinick, Nunn & Musmanno, PC, reached a settlement in the case of a Plaintiff, a 39-year-old man whose vehicle was rear-ended by another vehicle at a high rate of speed. He suffered injuries to his back, neck and shoulder, and required low back surgery in the form of a decompression, diskectomy, right transforaminal interbody fusion with segmental pedicle screw fixation and posterolateral fusion with iliac autograft at L5-S1. The case settled for a total of $250,000.
