$250,000 Settlement Following Car Accident in Parking Lot

Christopher L. Musmanno, personal injury attorney with Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost & Botwinick, reached a settlement in the case of a Plaintiff, age 56, who was injured when her vehicle was struck by another vehicle abruptly backing out of a parking lot at a high rate of speed. The at-fault driver fled the scene, but the plaintiff captured a photo of the car’s license plate. Plaintiff required lower back surgery after conservative treatment failed to heal her pain. The case settled for a total amount of $250,000.
