$200,000 Settlement for Motor Vehicle Accident

Christopher L. Musmanno, personal injury attorney with Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost & Botwinick, reached a settlement in the case of a Plaintiff, age thirty-three (33). Plaintiff was stopped at a red traffic signal when two other vehicles were involved in an accident, sending one of the vehicles into Plaintiff’s car. Plaintiff’s vehicle was then pushed backwards into another vehicle. As a result of the accident, Plaintiff injured her neck, back, and hip. Her hip injuries required a surgical procedure. The case settled for a total amount of $ 200,000.
