$150,000 Total Settlement In Motor Vehicle Accident

Plaintiff, husband and wife, presently age 64 and 59, respectively were injured in a rear-end car accident, suffering injuries to their neck and back, as well as a tear to the husband’s knee and a tear to the wife’s shoulder. Plaintiffs attempted various routes of conservative care, including chiropractic care and physical therapy. However, both required surgical intervention.

The case settled, prior to the scheduling of a trial, for a total amount of $150,000.00. ($50,000.00 to husband Plaintiff and $100,000.00 to the wife Plaintiff).
