$140,000 Total Settlement For Motor Vehicle Accident

Plaintiff, a 48 year old man, was struck when a driver negligently failed to yield to the right of way and/or otherwise failed to make proper observations and executed a left hand turn directly into the left side of Plaintiff’s motor vehicle. The force of impact was so great that Plaintiff’s vehicle was propelled and/or spun out towards right until it struck the fence of golf course. During the course of the collision, Plaintiff hit his head and briefly lost consciousness. Plaintiff immediately experienced severe pain in both knees as well as his lower back. Plaintiff underwent a right total knee replacement and left knee arthroscopy.

The case settled on August 23, 2019, for a total of $140,000, prior to trial.
