$125,000 Settlement For Motor Vehicle Accident

Plaintiff, 42 years of age, was struck when attempting to back out of a parking space by a Morris County Sheriff’s vehicle which was proceeding the wrong way down a one-way street. Plaintiff treated conservatively but eventually underwent surgical intervention to her lower back when her conservative treatment failed. Defendants argued that plaintiff was liable for the accident and that her vehicle sustained only minor damage.

The matter settled prior to trial on June 27, 2019 for $125,000.
