$125,000 Settlement For Injuries Involved In A Supermarket

Plaintiff, a sixty-three (63) year old woman, slipped and file on a wet tile floor at a supermarket.  There were no mats, warning signs, or other articles to prevent the floor from becoming very slippery when wet. Plaintiff landed on her tailbone. As a result of this accident, Plaintiff sustained an extreme injury to her bladder forcing self-catheterization to void urine three (3) times a day. The case settled for a total amount of $ 125,000.00.
