A 77-year-old woman was rear-ended in a forceful accident wherein she had to be removed from the vehicle by paramedics.  Diagnostic testing revealed that Plaintiff had fractured her spine and sustained herniated discs, along with a rotator cuff tear. Plaintiff underwent surgical repair of her rotator cuff and the case settled on July 11, 2019 for $110,000, prior to trial.
