Plaintiff suffered extensive damage to the pre-existing left knee prosthetic necessitating complete removal of this pre-existing hardware, a new total left knee replacement and quadriceps tendon repair surgery. Due to pre-existing conditions and liability issues, the case settled for a total amount of $100,000.
