$100,000 Settlement For Motor Vehicle Accident

Plaintiff, twenty-eight (28) years of age at the time of the accident was operating a motor cycle, when it was suddenly rear-ended. Plaintiff was thrown violently from his motorcycle and sustained injuries to his shoulder, neck and back. Plaintiff was treated at the hospital and eventually required left shoulder surgery.

The case settled on July 15, 2019 for the $100,000 policy limit.
