$350,000 Settlement For A Passenger Injured In A Motor Vehicle Accident

Claimant was forty-nine (49) years of age at the time of this accident and a front seat passenger in a vehicle  which was stopped in traffic. At that time, Defendant was traveling in a vehicle behind her and failed to stop causing serious injuries to Claimant.  As a result of this accident, Claimant sustained injuries to her neck and back resulting in a neck surgery that was the culmination of extensive treatment with the spine and pain management facility receiving injection therapy that failed following this accident.   The case settled for a total amount of $ 350,000.00.
