$250,000 Settlement For Motor Vehicle Accident

Plaintiff, thirty-six (36) years of age at the time of this accident, was traveling westbound in the left lane on Route I-80 in the area of Parsippany-Troy Hills when he was rear-ended. The force of the impact was so great that it spun Plaintiff’s vehicle and resulted in extreme property damage, including breaking Plaintiff’s seat. As a result of this accident, Plaintiff sustained lower back disc herniations which required a two-level posterior discectomy and fusion.  The case settled for a total amount of $ 250,000.00.
