$200,000 Settlement for Neck and Back Injuries from Car Accident

As a result of the accident, plaintiff sustained neck and lower back injuries. He attempted physical therapy but his condition did not improve. He complained of constant knifelike, shocklike, and dull back pain, so he underwent epidural steroid injections, which only provided temporary relief. He then underwent a lower back surgery. The case settled for a total amount of $200,000.
