Christopher Musmanno to present at NJAJ Winter Seminar About Personal Injury Settlement Strategies
February 18, 2022Christopher Musmanno will present during “Tales from the Trenches: Damage Success Stories” at the New Jersey Association for Justice Winter Seminar in Somerset, NJ on February 24th. He will discuss the strategies he used to obtain a settlement for a client in a recent case against a restaurant.
Christopher’s client was a 47-year-old restaurant guest. To accommodate more patrons, tables and chairs were set-up on a raised stage. Due to dim lighting and stage flooring that matched the bar floor, the plaintiff fell off the stage while leaving the restaurant, and suffered serious injuries. Christopher’s representation resulted in a settlement of $200,000 for his client.
