$300,000 Settlement Following Slip & Fall

Christopher L. Musmanno, personal injury attorney with Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost, Botwinick, Nunn & Musmanno, PC, reached a settlement in the case of a Plaintiff, age 57, who was exiting an apartment building and tripped and fell down a newly constructed cement staircase that lacked an inside handrail and had stair treads at an uneven height. Plaintiff sustained a fractured arm and lower back injuries. The case settled for a total amount of $300,000.
