$270,000 Settlement Following Truck and Car Collision on Route 80

Christopher L. Musmanno, a personal injury attorney with Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost, Botwinick, Nunn & Musmanno, PC, reached a settlement in the case of a Plaintiff, a 19-year-old woman who was traveling on Route 80 when a truck attempted to merge into her lane of travel and struck the rear driver’s side of her vehicle. Upon impact, her vehicle spun uncontrollably to the left, across all of the lanes of Route 80, striking the median. Her vehicle propelled back into the roadway to the right, across the lanes, and was ultimately struck again by another vehicle. She sustained neck and back injuries, which required surgery. The case settled for a total amount of $270,000.
