$550,000 Settlement Following DUI Accident

Christopher L. Musmanno, personal injury attorney with Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost & Botwinick, reached a settlement in the case of a Plaintiff, age 36, who was injured while operating a commercial truck that was struck from behind by an intoxicated driver, causing Plaintiff’s vehicle to flip over several times. Plaintiff sustained injuries to his left shoulder and right hip which both required surgery. The case was settled for a total amount of $550,000.
