Linda Torosian Admitted to the New Jersey Judiciary Roster of Statewide Approved Parenting Coordinators

We are proud to announce that Linda Torosian, Associate in the Family/Matrimonial Practice group, has been admitted to the New Jersey Judiciary Roster of Statewide Approved Parenting Coordinators. The Roster is a list of approved parenting coordinators who offer their services statewide, helping parents implement their parenting plans and resolve day-to-day custody and parenting time issues with the assistance of a neutral third party. Torosian completed over 40 hours of training in both Mediation and specialized Parenting Coordination to qualify for the Statewide Roster.

Prior to attending law school, Linda earned her Ed.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy, as well as her M.A. in Psychological Studies, and spent several years as a family therapist, mental health clinician, and a counselor specializing in family evaluations and recommendations on parental rights and child custody,” said Matheu D. Nunn, co-managing partner and co-chair of the Firm’s Family/Matrimonial Practice. “We commend Linda for her dedication to helping parents resolve their conflicts while keeping the focus squarely on their children’s welfare.”

Torosian handles a wide range of family law matters including complex litigation involving significant assets, business evaluations, and high-conflict custody and vitiation issues. She also focuses on the legal needs of the LGBTQ community including same sex adoptions and issues related to the dissolution of a same sex marriage.
