Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost, Botwinick, Nunn & Musmanno, PC, is pleased to announce that Co-Managing Partner Gary Botwinick has been named to the 2026 NJBIZ Leaders in Law list. The program honors legal professionals – lawyers and general counsels – whose dedication to their occupation and to their communities is outstanding.
Botwinick, who co-chairs the firm’s Trusts & Estates and Taxation practices, is a highly experienced tax and trusts and estates attorney who provides tax counsel to businesses and individuals on subjects including unique family challenges, business succession, wealth transfer, premarital planning and changes in the law, including the ever-changing tax landscape. He also represents litigants in connection with Estate and Fiduciary Litigation. He is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and holds an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University.
Botwinick and the other Leaders in Law honorees will be recognized at an awards ceremony on March 31 at The Marigold in Somerset.
Selection for the NJBIZ Leaders in Law is based on a two-phase nominations process followed by a review by an independent panel of judges primarily comprised of honorees from prior years. Each submission is scored in five categories: professional accomplishments, achievements, community involvement, impact, leadership and vision.
