Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost, Botwinick, Nunn & Musmanno, PC is delighted to welcome six attorneys from Donnelly Minter & Kelly LLC, effective March 9, 2026. Patrick B. Minter, Ronald Citrenbaum and Thomas Coffey join the Firm as Partners, Colin Chudzik joins as Counsel, and Nicholas Willette and Pravin Persaud join as Associates.

The arrival of this group deepens Einhorn’s commercial litigation capabilities and supports the Firm’s Ethics & Professional Liability Practice Group, which is co-chaired by Minter.

Previously based in Morristown, NJ, the new team of lawyers and professionals will work from Einhorn’s Parsippany office, where the Firm relocated in late 2025 from Denville to support growth and client service, expanding its commercial footprint by nearly 50 percent.

Patrick (Pat) B. Minter serves as Co-Chair of the Firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group as well as Co-Chair of the Ethics & Professional Liability Defense Practice Group. In private practice since 1994, including as a founding partner of his former firm, Minter has earned a statewide reputation for his work on attorney ethics and professional liability defense. He represents attorneys and law firms in all levels of the attorney ethics system, including local ethics panels, the Disciplinary Review Board and the New Jersey Supreme Court. He also defends attorneys and other professionals in liability matters in state and federal courts throughout New Jersey. His practice includes advising and defending clients in high-stakes ethics investigations, disciplinary proceedings, fee disputes, and financial audits. In addition, his civil litigation practice focuses on business disputes and insurance defense matters.

Within the Morris County Bar Association (MCBA), Minter previously served as Chairman of the Chancery Practice Committee, the General Equity Mediation Committee, and the District X Fee Arbitration Committee. He currently serves on the General Equity Mediation Committee. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from Widener University School of Law and his B.A., cum laude, from Providence College.

Ronald Citrenbaum has more than 30 years of experience representing insurers, businesses, individuals and professionals in commercial disputes and civil litigation in state and federal courts throughout New Jersey. He regularly litigates premises claims, auto claims, workplace and construction site accidents, professional malpractice actions involving attorneys and real estate professionals, products claims, sports and recreation matters, and employment-related disputes. He has tried several cases to successful track no cause verdicts and has been involved in several matters resulting in published appellate decisions in New Jersey. Citrenbaum earned his J.D., cum laude, from New England School of Law, and received his B.A. from Rutgers University.

Thomas Coffey has more than 20 years of experience representing businesses, insurers, and professionals in commercial disputes, professional liability matters, and insurance defense matters in state and federal courts throughout New Jersey and New York. His practice includes premises and products claims, malpractice suits against engineers, attorneys, and accountants, and toxic and environmental tort matters, including asbestos and benzene cases. He also works with insurance carriers to coordinate defense strategies, manage litigation costs, and evaluate case exposure and settlement options. While earning his J.D. from Notre Dame Law School, Coffey served as a civilian intern with the United States Navy, Office of the Judge Advocate General. He earned his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.

Colin Chudzik represents businesses and insured clients in civil liability matters, including personal injury defense, in state and federal courts throughout New Jersey. He also counsels clients in the Firm’s Accidents/Personal Injury Practice Group and serves as a mediator in the Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice Group. Prior to practicing at several New Jersey defense litigation firms, Chudzik served as a law clerk to the Hon. James F. Hyland, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey. While earning his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law, Chudzik interned for the Hon. Joseph Paone, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey. He earned his B.S. from the Fordham University Gabelli School of Business.

Pravin A. Persaud represents businesses in breach of contract claims, collection actions, corporate and partnership conflicts, and business dissolutions, among other commercial disputes. Before joining private practice, Persaud clerked for the Hon. John G. Hudak of the Civil Division of the Union County Superior Court and externed for the Hon. Thomas M. Moore (ret.), Chief Presiding Judge of the Civil Division in Essex County. He earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he served as a student attorney in the Center for Social Justice, providing legal representation to underserved members of the community. He earned his B.A., summa cum laude, from The College of New Jersey.

Nicholas Willette represents businesses and insured clients in civil and general liability matters in New Jersey state courts. Previously, he served as a law clerk to the Hon. Alberto Santos, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hudson Vicinage. Willette earned his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law and his B.A. from Rutgers University. While attending law school, he was a member of the Rutgers Newark Housing Clinic where he represented Section 8 residents facing eviction and gained experience in real estate law and litigation. He also worked in the Forfeitures Department of the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office during law school.
