Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost, Botwinick, Nunn & Musmanno, PC Adds Counsel Jaime B. Herrera to Trusts & Estates/Taxation Group

Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost, Botwinick, Nunn & Musmanno, PC is pleased to announce that the firm has added Jaime B. Herrera as Counsel in the Trusts & Estates/Taxation Group.

Prior to joining the firm, Herrera worked as a trusts and estates attorney at several regional law firms in New Jersey, advising high-net-worth individuals and families on sophisticated, tax-efficient strategies across estate planning, charitable giving, and business succession matters. Additionally, she assists with the formation of domestic and foreign LLCs and works to resolve complex issues affecting closely held businesses. Herrera also spent four years as an Assistant Deputy Public Defender in the Appellate Section of the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender.

Herrera earned her J.D., cum laude, from Rutgers School of Law and her LL.M. in Taxation from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. After law school, she clerked for the Hon. Mitchell E. Oster in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.
