May 2, 2025Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost, Botwinick, Nunn & Musmanno PC is proud to announce that Partner Christine M. McCarthy has been Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney.
Christopher L. Musmanno, Chair of the Firm’s Accidents/Personal Injury Practice, who has worked with McCarthy for 11 years at the Firm, congratulated her on this significant achievement. “Christine’s certification as a Civil Trial Attorney is a well-deserved recognition of her hard work and dedication to personal injury law. Her passion for counseling clients, handling complex cases and negotiating favorable outcomes and settlements, along with establishing personal relationships with her attorney counterparts, are cornerstones of what makes her such an integral part of our team. We applaud her for this achievement.”
McCarthy added, “It continues to be a privilege to represent people who, due to the negligent actions of others, need a lawyer on their side who will work diligently to help them obtain compensation for injuries that occurred through no fault of their own. I appreciate each client’s need to understand the legal process and to be treated with respect and empathy. In every stage, whether it’s intake, treatment, negotiation, or resolution, I am mindful of the distress that individuals and families feel as they navigate through what are often life-changing circumstances.”
Since joining Einhorn Barbarito in 2014, McCarthy has successfully represented injured clients through trial and provided integral assistance in reaching several of the highest reported settlements in New Jersey in 2020 and 2021. Promoted from Counsel to Partner in 2023, she handles all aspects of her clients’ cases and has presented oral arguments in both state and federal courts, as well as the state appellate and Supreme Court. McCarthy has been selected annually to the New Jersey Rising Stars list, published by Super Lawyers® and Thomson Reuters, since 2017.
McCarthy is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, New Jersey Association for Justice, and the Morris County Bar Association. She also serves as an advisory board member for the Law and Public Safety Class at Sussex County Technical School.
