$600,000 Settlement For Injuries Sustained Following Impact of Car Collision

Musmanno, a personal injury attorney with Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost, Botwinick, Nunn & Musmanno, PC, reached a settlement in the case of a Plaintiff, a 46-year old woman who injured her neck and back as a result of a motor vehicle accident wherein the defendant disregarded a stop sign. Although she attempted physical therapy to cure her pain, she ultimately underwent neck surgery. The case settled for $600,000.
