$300,000 Settlement Following Vehicle Collision

Christopher L. Musmanno, a personal injury attorney with Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost, Botwinick, Nunn & Musmanno, PC, reached a settlement in the case of a Plaintiff, a 22-year-old man who was rear-ended while fully stopped and waiting for traffic to clear to execute a left turn. He suffered lower back injuries as well as neck injuries that required a surgical procedure. The case settled for a total amount of $300,000.
