$250,000 Settlement for Motor Vehicle Accident

Plaintiff, a thirty-eight (38) year old female was struck by a landscaping vehicle that failed to make proper observations while it was changing lanes. Plaintiff’ s vehicle spun counter-clockwise across all three lanes of the highway and ultimately came to rest after striking the center median with the rear passenger side tire and quarter panel. Plaintiff sustained multiple herniated discs in her neck and lower back and underwent a fusion surgery in her lower back after conservative care failed to relieve her pain. The case settled for a total amount of $  250,000.00.
