$250,000 Settlement For Injuries Sustained Following Impact of Motor Vehicle

Christopher L. Musmanno, a personal injury attorney with Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost, Botwinick, Nunn & Musmanno, PC, reached a settlement in the case of a Plaintiff, a 56-year old man who was injured in a motor vehicle accident as the result of another vehicle disregarding a red traffic light. He injured both shoulders as well as his back, and embarked on a course of conservative management consisting of chiropractic management which failed to alleviate his pain. He ultimately underwent back surgery. The case settled for the policy limit of $250,000.
