$250,000 Settlement Following Vehicle Collision

Christopher L. Musmanno, a personal injury attorney with Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost, Botwinick, Nunn & Musmanno, PC, reached a settlement in the case of a Plaintiff, a 44-year old man, who in the course of his employment as a police officer was fully stopped at a red light when, once the light turned green, he began to cross the intersection and was suddenly struck by another vehicle that disregarded a red light controlling its direction of travel at the intersection. Plaintiff sustained shoulder injuries requiring an extensive shoulder surgery and neck injuries which required a multiple level fusion surgery. The case settled for the total policy limits of $250,000.
