$250,000 Settlement Following Accident Caused by Illegal U-Turn

Christopher L. Musmanno, personal injury attorney with Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost & Botwinick, reached a settlement in the case of a Plaintiff, age 53, who was injured when a driver made an illegal U-turn at a red light, striking the right side of Plaintiff’s vehicle. Plaintiff sustained injuries to his shoulder and lower back and ultimately required back surgery after conservative treatment failed to heal his pain. The case was settled for a total amount of $250,000.
