September 22, 2025Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost, Botwinick, Nunn & Musmanno, PC, one of Morris County’s most established and respected law firms, has officially relocated its headquarters from Denville to The Arbors @ Parsippany. The move expands the firm’s footprint by nearly 50 percent, providing room for a growing team of 45+ attorneys and 35+ professional staff and creating a modern environment designed to serve clients’ needs today and for decades to come. The new address is 4 Campus Drive, Suite 300, Parsippany, NJ 07054.
Founded in 1961, Einhorn Barbarito has been deeply rooted in Morris County for nearly 65 years. The firm has grown steadily through that time, earning a reputation for integrity, hard work, and high-quality legal service across a broad range of practice areas. The new Parsippany headquarters reflects both the continuity of that history and the firm’s vision for the future.
“Our firm raises the standard of client service by pursuing excellence in every matter,” said Gary R. Botwinick, Co-Managing Partner. “This move gives us the space and resources to respond to client needs with even greater precision and care.”
“Client service has been the defining measure of this firm for more than six decades,” added Matheu D. Nunn, Co-Managing Partner. “In Parsippany, we will build on that legacy by broadening our services and elevating the way we meet client needs every day.”
The Arbors is a stunning 60-acre site in Morris County that recently underwent $15 million in capital improvements. The campus boasts five Class-A buildings and is surrounded by trees, nature and walking trails. The firm will occupy 25,000+ square feet of the building and will feature modernized offices, collaborative workspaces with interior glass windows to provide plenty of natural light, an abundance of conference rooms, and a 2,000 square foot lounge and dining area within its own space in addition to the amenities provided at the Arbors. Employees will enjoy campus amenities including brand new entrance lobbies, barista-style grab-and-go’s, three full-service cafes, state-of-the-art fitness facilities, boardrooms, conference rooms, game rooms and outdoor cornhole stations. The campus provides ample parking and is conveniently located to Interstates 287 and 80, and Route 10.
“The relocation provides expanded space for collaboration among our attorneys and business professionals, while maintaining the collegial culture and values that have guided the firm since its founding,” Nunn said.
Botwinick added, “While our home has changed, our dedicated team and our commitment to clients, colleagues, and community remain as strong as ever. We will always be grateful to the Denville community for its support. We now look forward to continuing that work in Parsippany, expanding the services we provide and strengthening our ties throughout Morris County and beyond.”
Cushman & Wakefield Managing Director Josh Cohen and Executive Director Bill Brown represented the tenant in negotiations for the 12-year lease with owner Onyx Equities LLC’s Vice President of Leasing, John O’Hearn. Community Builders Managing Partner Conor Evans was the project manager for the tenant, and Pencil & Mouse Interiors owner Donna McLaughlin spearheaded the interior design.
