$525,000 Settlement Following Tractor Trailer and Car Collision on Route 80

Christopher L. Musmanno, a personal injury attorney with Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost, Botwinick, Nunn & Musmanno, PC, reached a settlement in the case of a Plaintiff, a 21-year of old woman, who was a passenger in a vehicle traveling in the right lane of Route 80 when a tractor trailer moved from the middle lane to the right lane without making proper observations, causing his tractor trailer to strike the vehicle in which Plaintiff was a passenger. As a result of this impact, Plaintiff’s vehicle spun multiple times before striking a guardrail. She sustained a fracture in her right hand and a neck injury which required disc replacement surgery. The case settled for a total amount of $525,000.
