$500,000 Settlement Following New Jersey Transit Bus Accident

Christopher L. Musmanno, personal injury attorney with Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost, Botwinick, Nunn & Musmanno, PC, reached a settlement in the case of a Plaintiff, age 57, who was a front row passenger on the right side of New Jersey Transit Bus that struck a concrete wall on the Port Authority bus terminal ramp.  Plaintiff was thrown out of his seat and struck a pole toward the front of the bus. He sustained a neck injury which required surgery, as well as a tear to his knee. The case settled for a total amount of $500,000.
